The home currently supports 27 privately funded residents and has built an excellent reputation for delivering consistent, high-quality dementia care within a close-knit, homely setting. Residents benefit from meaningful daily activities, personalised care planning, and a dedicated team focused on enhancing quality of life. An exciting period of development is underway, with a newly commissioned 9-bed specialist dementia care unit increasing overall capacity from 27 to 36 residents. This expansion reflects ongoing investment in the service and a commitment to enhancing both facilities and the resident experience. This is a full-time position (36 hours per week), working 8:00am–8:00pm or 8:00pm–8:00am, with shifts and patterns discussed at interview. The RoleAs a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care while supporting and guiding the care team across shifts.
