What we offer: • £13.46 per hour • Refer a friend scheme (up to £1000) • Outstanding career development & fully funded training up to QCF Level 5 • Blue Light discount package • Company pension scheme • On-demand pay We’re looking for: • Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK • Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3) • 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends • A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities Your role: • Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care • Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence • Administer medication safely and accurately • Contribute to and review care plans • Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement • Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed Supporting people to live with comfort and joy in a place they call home is something truly special and you’ll feel that difference every day.
