Senior Contract Manager

We are currently looking for a Senior Contract Manager who will lead business development of new business into CPM, mobilise effectively and to take into Operations. As the Senior Contract Manager, you will: • Lead bid Management, including writing and proof-reading Quality submissions. Supporting the estimating of new and existing business. • Ensure Skanska Precontract governance is followed and in place. • Ensure the site is operated in line with Skanska H&S to include site set up for new and existing properties, Quality and Environmental policies and procedures. • Lead and develop the site team to deliver IFE Culture, zero accidents, zero environmental failures, zero ethical breaches; ensuring monthly reporting targets are met for all HSWE actions. • Responsible for the performance management of all subcontractors. We are looking for: • Extensive experience delivering a Hard Services contract. • Experience in Business Development. • Management qualification. • Experience of managing large commercial sites with value in excess of 1.5 million pa. • Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget and manage a varying workload. • Technical background.
