Senior Credit Controller

Senior Credit Controller A leading specialist insurance business is looking for an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join its finance team. This role will see you managing a portfolio of broker accounts, driving cash collection, resolving account queries, and supporting ongoing process improvements within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Manage broker accounts and issue monthly statements. • Chase outstanding debt and build strong broker relationships. • Allocate cash, resolve unallocated funds, and complete reconciliations. • Escalate aged debt issues and provide regular reporting. • Chair stakeholder meetings to address credit control matters. • Identify process improvements and support continuous development initiatives. • Assist with audits and wider finance team activities. Requirements: • Experience within an IBA, broking, MGA, or insurer environment. • Strong credit control and broker accounting knowledge. • Proven reconciliation experience. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong Excel and analytical skills. • Team leadership experience desirable. • Knowledge of Sequel Eclipse is advantageous.
