Senior CRM Analyst

Senior CRM Analyst Hybrid - Cheshire (1-2 days per week) £50,000 - £55,000 This is an excellent opportunity to lead CRM analytics in a data rich, customer focused environment. You will work closely with Marketing to shape strategy, influence campaigns and deliver measurable commercial impact through high quality insights. The Company They are a well established consumer business with a strong UK presence and a loyal customer base. Data plays a central role in how they engage customers across digital and in store channels. The team is collaborative, supportive and focused on using analytics to drive better customer experiences. They offer a modern working environment with hybrid flexibility from their Cheshire office. The Role * Lead best practice across CRM analytics including storytelling, visualisation and insight generation * Act as the subject matter expert for campaign measurement and CRM analytics methodologies * Partner with Marketing teams to define objectives, optimise campaigns and ensure effective execution * Use customer and campaign data to shape marketing strategy and CRM planning * Drive innovation by introducing new tools, techniques and approaches to analytics * Deliver actionable recommendations to improve engagement and return on investment Your Skills and Experience * Strong commercial experience using SQL and working with large scale data warehouses * Proven delivery of end to end analytics projects from requirements through to measurable outcomes * Deep B2C CRM analytics experience across targeting, data design and customer journey analysis * Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non technical stakeholders * Strong stakeholder management, prioritisation and planning skills * Collaborative mindset with experience supporting or mentoring others * Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar is beneficial What They Offer * Competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience * Hybrid working model based in Cheshire * Opportunity to shape CRM analytics strategy in a customer centric organisation * Clear progression opportunities within a growing analytics function * Supportive and collaborative team environment How to Apply If you are interested in this CRM Analytics role, please apply with your CV to learn more.
