Senior Data Analyst London - hybrid 2-3x a week Up to £55,000 This is a strong opportunity for a Lead Data Analyst to step into a high-impact role within a fast-growing data and advertising technology environment. You will play a key part in shaping how advanced analytics supports both client delivery and business growth, while building your leadership capabilities in a supportive, collaborative team. The Role As a Senior Data Analyst, you will support the Head of Business Intelligence in delivering high-quality analytics and guiding best practice across the team. You will work across a range of client-focused projects, using data to generate insight and recommendation. • Lead the delivery of advanced analytics projects across campaign, customer, and commercial data • Ensure quality and best practice across analytical outputs within your team • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders • Support pre-campaign analysis, campaign strategy, and post-campaign evaluation • Mentor and develop junior analysts, with responsibility to grow a small team over time • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, client-facing environment • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to enhance analytical capability • Contribute to improving processes, tools, and ways of working within the BI function Your Skills & Experience • Strong experience using Python for data analysis • Advanced Excel and confidence working with large, complex datasets • Solid understanding of data modelling, data cleansing, and validation techniques • Experience delivering analytics projects in a commercial or client-focused setting • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly • Interest in mentoring or leading others, with a desire to develop leadership skills • Exposure to media, marketing, or agency environments is beneficial but not required What They Offer • Salary of £55,000 plus benefits • Hybrid working model with flexibility • Clear pathway into people management, starting with mentoring and growing a team • Exposure to advanced analytics and increasing involvement in more statistical work over time • Opportunity to influence a growing analytics function and make a visible impact • Collaborative working environment with strong technical talent How to Apply If you are a commercially minded data analyst looking to step into a leadership role and further develop your technical and strategic impact, please apply with your CV.
