Senior DC Pension Consultant We are currently working with a growing DC pensions team that are seeking a proactive & technically strong DC Pension Consultant to advise employers on UK-based Defined Contribution pension arrangements. You'll deliver tailored consultancy across scheme design, governance, member engagement, compliance and provider selection, helping clients achieve better retirement outcomes while meeting regulatory obligations. This role will evolve into more of a strategic role over time and will give you the opportunity to work directly with the Head of DC Consulting. Role & Responsibilities: • Advise on DC schemes across master trust and contract-based arrangements • Shape scheme design including auto-enrolment, contribution structures and retirement options • Lead the pension consultants in the team • Provide and lead strategic direction for proposition development Essential Criteria: • Experience with both contract-based and master trust DC schemes • Strong understanding of the UK DC pensions landscape and regulatory requirements • Keen to progress into a strategic role and has the ability to develop and win new business This role is hybrid to one of their offices in the UK so if this opportunity is of interest reach out or apply today!
