We are supporting an established, values-led organisation in the appointment of a Senior HR Generalist. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a collaborative HR team and provide trusted advice and support across a diverse, multi-site workforce.
The role offers a broad generalist remit, strong exposure to employee relations and the opportunity to work closely with managers and senior stakeholders across the organisation.
The RoleAs Senior HR Generalist, you will provide practical HR advice and guidance across a wide range of people-related matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers.
• Supporting employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances and performance management.
• Coaching and advising managers on people-related challenges.
• Supporting absence management and employee wellbeing.
• Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Advising on contractual changes and terms and conditions.
• Supporting payroll-related queries.
• Maintaining accurate HR records and people data.
• Using HR systems and data to support effective decision-making.
• Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contributing to the development and improvement of People processes.
About YouWe are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong generalist background and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
You will ideally have:
• Previous experience in an HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.
• Strong experience in employee relations.
• Knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience advising and coaching managers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
• Experience working with HR systems and people data.
• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience/qualification.
• CIPD Level 5 would be desirable but is not essential.
You will be a credible, discreet and confident HR professional who is comfortable providing advice, offering constructive challenge and supporting managers to find practical solutions.

Additional InformationThis is a multi-site role and travel between locations will be required, so access to suitable transport is essential.
