The Role As a Senior Lettings Manager, you will: • Lead the day-to-day performance and profitability of the lettings branch • Drive business growth by winning new instructions and increasing market share • Deliver expert lettings advice and exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants • Carry out rental valuations and advise landlords on pricing and marketing strategies • Identify and convert new business opportunities • Lead, motivate, and mentor the team through coaching, support, and regular performance reviews • Conduct daily meetings and briefings to maximise branch performance • Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge • Work collaboratively with the wider business to achieve branch and company objectives Senior Lettings Manager Requirements • Proven residential lettings experience, ideally in a management position • Strong track record of winning new business and driving branch performance • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills • Commercially minded with the ability to grow market share • Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Knowledge of the Crawley property market is advantageous • Full UK driving licence What's on Offer? • Strong basic salary of around £30,000 • Realistic OTE of £55,000 • Company car or car allowance • Five-day working week, including some Saturdays • Generous holiday allowance • Profit share scheme • Ongoing training and excellent career development opportunities • Paid charity events • Opportunity to join a successful and expanding multi-branch independent estate agency Apply Today!
