Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their successful Holloway branch and play a key role in growing the lettings business. What's on Offer? £28,000 Basic Salary £50,000 OTE Uncapped Commission Company Car Mobile Phone Birthday Off Corporate Gym Membership Perkbox Benefits Career Progression Opportunities Responsibilities • Conducting viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements • Registering and qualifying applicants • Generating new landlord instructions • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants • Identifying business development opportunities • Matching applicants to suitable properties • Delivering exceptional customer service • Achieving and exceeding monthly targets Essential Requirements Applications without a minimum of 2 years' lettings experience will not be considered. Minimum 2 years' Residential Lettings experience Strong track record of achieving targets Experience winning business and generating instructions Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills Reapit experience highly desirable Full UK Driving Licence required This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving North London office where performance is rewarded and progression is encouraged.
