The Senior Payroll Officer will oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in a not-for-profit setting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in payroll and accounting. Description • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments. • Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and statutory requirements. • Prepare and submit payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries effectively. • Collaborate with the finance team for budgetary and reporting purposes. • Update and maintain payroll systems and employee records. • Ensure accurate calculation of deductions, bonuses, and benefits. • Assist with audits and implement improvements to payroll processes.
