Senior Town Planner London Salary: negotiable depending on skills and experience An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Town Planner to join an established Planning Consultancy as part of their London based team. The successful Senior Town Planner will have the opportunity to work on a verity of exciting projects within the residential, commercial, retail and mixed use and leisure sectors. Qualifications and Experience: For this position applications are sought from candidates who have a relevant RTPI accredited degree, have achieved Chartered Town Planner status and have previous town planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment. Duties: • Preparing planning appraisals for land and buildings • Preparing planning applications and planning statements • Writing reports and making recommendations • Liaising with clients and planning officers • Undertaking research and analysis • Mentoring junior members of the team In return the company are offering a competitive starting salary, full benefits package including generous annual leave, pension and healthcare and regular social events.
