Job details: • Lead end-to-end UX/UI design, from discovery and research through to prototyping, delivery, and continuous improvement. • Partner with product and technical teams to align user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements. • Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate solutions. • Conduct usability testing, customer research, and data-driven analysis to validate concepts and enhance user experiences. • Simplify complex insurance processes and regulatory requirements into intuitive, user-centred journeys. • Present and advocate design solutions to stakeholders using evidence-based insights, while integrating AI into design workflows. Essential skills/experience: • Experienced in designing digital products, ideally within consumer, fintech, or insurance sectors. • Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, FigJam, and Make. • Strong collaborator with experience working effectively in cross-functional teams. • Demonstrates user-centred design expertise through a portfolio showcasing clear processes and successful outcomes. • Solid understanding of UX principles, UI best practices, responsive design, and agile ways of working. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
