• Support with the delivery of agreed work programmes and assist in the completion of relevant reporting for programme delivery within agreed timescales.
• With oversight from the head of team, provide a secretariat service to networks. Have oversight of all team activities to provide prompts and outline drafts in relation to planning, delivery, follow up actions and note-taking, communications, resources, briefings, attendance and evaluation. For in-person events this will include confirming, understanding and arranging appropriate venue, logistical and hospitality needs and providing technical support.
• Capture, record and collate relevant information and good practice from stakeholders. Summarise information and identify trends in a timely manner, and work with the team to identify insights and themes for potential product and policy development.
• Ensure that effective and timely communications are delivered to stakeholders and signpost to relevant resources.
• Support colleagues engagement activities by doing desk research to produce suitably detailed and accurate briefings.
• Maintain records of contacts and activities to ensure details are accurate and up to date to effectively analyse and report on work.
• Provide the team with relevant data, produce reports and evaluate impact.
Lead the assessment of evaluation and impact, including collating feedback and supporting the adaption of the work to meet the needs of the commissioner and stakeholders.
• Act as an initial contact for engagement related queries, offering advice, ensuring queries are dealt with in an appropriate and professional manner.
• Respond directly to straightforward enquiries and provide first draft responses to more complex questions.
• Identify and utilise opportunities for collaboration to support effective programme delivery.
• Project manage specific pieces of work that are allocated to you including but not limited to the job evaluation regional support offer.
• Identify, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships both internally and externally (including NHS trade unions) through cross team collaboration and engagement, listening to views and ideas to shape future programme development and delivery, and ensuring the employer position is clearly represented and understood. This will enable us to develop a stronger understanding of how current policies are impacting employers and will help the team to represent employers views in national discussions and negotiations.
