Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead key initiatives within a Housing Service Improvement Programme. You will drive business transformation, service redesign, regulatory improvement, and operational efficiency across housing services. Description • Lead the delivery of housing transformation and service improvement projects from initiation through to implementation. • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and benefits realisation frameworks. • Drive service reviews, process redesign, and operational improvement initiatives. • Support improvements across housing management, repairs, resident engagement, complaints, tenancy services, compliance, and asset management. • Establish and maintain effective project governance and reporting arrangements. • Prepare business cases, progress reports, dashboards, and presentation materials. • Manage project budgets and ensure value for money is achieved. • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to gain buy-in and drive change. • Lead organisational change activities and support the adoption of new processes and ways of working. • Monitor performance against agreed objectives and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes. • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, partners, contractors, and residents. • Manage project risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies throughout the programme lifecycle.
