| Senior Property Manager / Head of Property Management | Upto £40K Basic, £45K OTE | Experienced in residential property management and ready to take the next step into a leadership role? We're recruiting for a Senior Property Manager / Head of Property Management to join a fast-growing, highly successful, and award-winning estate agency. You'll be responsible for overseeing a team of four Property Managers managing approximately 700 fully managed properties, driving service excellence, operational performance, and team development across the department. The Role As Senior Property Manager / Head of Property Management, you will: • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 Property Managers • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and performance reviews • Create and implement clear development plans and progression pathways • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and collaboration • Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention initiatives • Drive operational efficiency and service excellence across the department • Ensure high standards of customer service are delivered to landlords and tenants • Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement • Work closely with senior management to support business growth and success Senior Property Manager / Head of Property Management Requirements • Proven experience within Residential Property Management • Previous leadership or team management experience • Passion for the property industry and delivering exceptional service • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a team • Organised, proactive, and solution-focused approach • Strong understanding of property management processes and legislation What's on Offer? • Basic salary up to £40,000 • £45,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) • Monday to Friday working hours • Opportunity to lead a high-performing and established team • Career progression opportunities • Supportive and award-winning company culture • Chance to make a significant impact within a successful property management department Apply Today!
