Senior Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Reactive Maintenance Birmingham Up to £62k plus car allowance & benefits We are working with a leading Repairs & Maintenance Contractor within the Social Housing sector to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham. Key Responsibilities • Undertake all aspects of surveying for responsive maintenance projects. • Manage and lead a team to ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. • Oversee cost control, valuations, and financial reporting for projects. • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships. About You • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the social housing sector, ideally with a focus on responsive maintenance. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. • Excellent commercial awareness and knowledge of building maintenance processes. • Effective communication and organisational skills. • Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management are desirable.
