SENIOR REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR (PARTNER), 10+ PQE, OXFORDSHIRE, £100,000 - £150,000 DOE – Join a progressive Top 100 UK law firm with an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional legal services across a diverse range of sectors. Offering a genuine Partnership opportunity, high-quality work, and the platform to develop and grow an established practice, this is an exceptional opportunity for a well-connected Real Estate Solicitor. JOB REF: • Join a highly regarded Commercial Property team advising landlords, tenants, developers, investors, and commercial occupiers on a broad range of real estate matters. • Handle complex acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, investment transactions, secured lending, and development projects. • Play a key strategic role in the continued growth of the Real Estate practice through business development, networking, and client relationship management. Excellent technical ability, commercial awareness, leadership skills, and the ability to develop and grow client relationships are essential. • Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 10+ years' PQE and significant commercial property experience gained within a reputable practice.
