Senior Residential Children's Support WorkerErith, DA8 | Up to £34,000 per annum | 4-Bed HomeAre you an experienced Senior Residential Children's Support Worker looking for a role where you can genuinely make an impact? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established children's residential provider in Erith, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, supportive team within a small 4-bed home. The service currently supports two young people aged 16 and 17 with complex learning disabilities, allowing staff to provide truly person-centred care and build meaningful relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced support worker seeking a long-term career in residential childcare, with ongoing training, clear progression opportunities, and a management team that values and invests in its staff. The RoleAs a Senior Residential Children's Support Worker, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where young people can thrive.
