Senior Sales Negotiator

Job title: Senior Sales Negotiator Salary: £40-50k OTE Location: Chelmsford My client is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator with a proven track record in winning valuations. Looking to further your career in property and estate agency, they are looking for individuals who want to be part of their development & management programme. Requirements: • Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships • Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process • Sales progression • Work closely with inhouse Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity. Similarly with the internal lettings teams also • At least 24 months experience as a sales negotiator essential Attributes: • Self-motivated and target driven • Hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially minded • Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly • Excellent communication skills.
