Realistic £60,000+ OTE • Market Leading Agency in local area • Company car or fuel allowance Full Job Description Senior Sales Negotiator - Residential Estate Agency Location: Iver Basic Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE) OTE: £60,000+ Commission: 5%-10% A successful independent estate agency in Buckinghamshire is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join its established residential sales team. This opportunity suits a driven negotiator with strong valuation and progression skills who is looking to step into a senior, revenue-generating position within a performance-led business. Key Responsibilities • Managing residential sales from instruction through to completion • Conducting market appraisals and securing new instructions • Handling viewings, negotiations and offers • Driving sales progression and maintaining a strong pipeline • Providing regular vendor updates and market advice • Leading daily meetings and contributing to target setting • Carrying out canvassing and business development activity • Maintaining compliance with legislation and company procedures • Using ALTO CRM to manage activity and performance Candidate Requirements • Minimum 4 years' experience in residential estate agency sales • Experience at Senior Sales Negotiator level preferred • Strong valuation, negotiation and sales progression background • Proven and consistent billing history • Stable employment record • Professional, confident and client-focused communication style • Good local knowledge of the Iver / Hounslow area • Full UK driving licence with a ULEZ-compliant vehicle and no penalty points Working Hours • Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm • Alternate Saturdays: 10:00am - 4:00pm • Bank Holidays off Package & Benefits • Competitive basic salary • Uncapped commission structure • OTE £60,000+ • Company car or fuel allowance (performance dependent) • Incentives and team events • Long-term progression opportunities Contact: If you are interested in this role, click apply or contact Ilan Dickman at Rayner Personnel or Please Note: Rayner Personnel - Property Recruitment are acting as a recruitment agency with regards to this position.
