Senior Sales Negotiator

They're on the lookout for a motivated and ambitious Senior Sales to elevate our services and drive success. Roles and Responsibilities: • Registering and qualifying buyers • Conducting property viewings • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales • Generating valuations and new business opportunities • Building strong relationships with vendors and applicants • Progressing sales through to completion • Delivering excellent customer service at all stages of the sales process • Working towards and exceeding monthly targets Requirments: • Previous experience within residential property sales • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Target-driven and commercially minded • Full UK driving licence • Own vehicle essential • Professional, motivated, and well-presented • Excellent communication and organisational skills Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 Basic / £60K+ OTE Plus Milage Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm and every other Saturday.
