• £28-30k basic + uncapped commission & bonuses • Car allowance, gym membership & great perks • Strong career progression in a high-performing office INDSS Senior Sales Negotiator - Holloway Basic Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + Uncapped Commission An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join a successful and well-established estate agency in the Holloway area. This role is ideal for a confident property professional looking to take the next step in their career, with strong earning potential and the chance to play a key role within a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: • Managing applicant registrations and maintaining a strong, active database • Conducting property viewings and delivering exceptional customer service • Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and buyers • Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions • Supporting and mentoring junior team members where required • Working towards and exceeding personal and branch targets What We're Looking For: • Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets • Excellent negotiation and closing skills • Highly motivated, driven, and commercially aware • Professional, well-presented, and confident communicator • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Full UK driving licence (preferred) What's on Offer: • Basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000 • 10% individual commission • 5% generation commission (on self-generated business that completes) • Quarterly bonus (subject to targets being achieved) • Tiered commission structure above £150,000, increasing to 15% • Mobile phone • Car allowance • Gym membership (PureGym) • An additional day off for your birthday • Clear progression opportunities within the business • Supportive and dynamic working environment If you're an experienced negotiator ready to step up or already operating at a senior level, this is a fantastic opportunity to elevate your career.
