Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer - Northamptonshire • Basic Salary: £25,000 to £27,000 • On Target Earnings: £35,000 to £40,000 Are you a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator or Valuer looking for an exciting opportunity with a leading independent estate agent? If so, we want to hear from you! Our client, a leading independent estate agent, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful team. Key Responsibilities: • Register and build rapport with potential home buyers. • Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing feedback to the vendor. • Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers. • Arranging appointments for the mortgage broker and referring clients to solicitors. • Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents. • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities. • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships. • Conduct valuations, or train to do so. The Ideal Candidate: • Proven experience in estate agency, as a Sales Negotiator or above. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Good organisational skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage. • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
