Service Delivery & Practice: • QualityManage daily capacity and demand by overseeing the efficient allocation of work and managing office workflows. • Ensure high-quality, person-centered care that strictly aligns with statutory obligations, SSSC registration standards, and EHSCP policies. • Drive model implementation, actively promoting and embedding the Home First and Three Conversations models of engagement. • Audit and monitor service quality using recognized improvement methods, and present findings to senior management. Decision Making & Resource Management: • Guide legal and clinical decision-making regarding adult support and protection, adults with incapacity, and risk management. • Manage budgets and resources, including authorising payments for people in need, oversight of office funds, and participating in resource allocation boards. • Handle complex communications, responding to service inquiries/complaints and representing the Partnership at multi-agency meetings.
