Senior Therapy Radiographer

What You'll Have: Experience and Skills: • Able to demonstrate post qualification experience • Experience and understanding of UK radiotherapy • Previous experience within all aspects of radiotherapy; quality assurance, pre-treatment, and treatment • Evidence of effective staff liaison and co-operative working • Evidence of empathetic and a holistic approach to patient care • Previous experience working in private health sector advantageous • Prior experience with resolving complaints satisfactorily • Experience of proactively evolving radiotherapy techniques • A range of radiotherapy clinical skills • Evidence of effective organisational, interpersonal and communication skills • Strong relationship building skills • Able to make independent judgments/decisions, ability to solve problems • Ability to work flexibly to achieve GenesisCare business objectives • Able to act as a trainer and mentor for new/more junior staff Qualifications and Knowledge: • DCR (T) or BSc (Hons) in Radiotherapy (or equivalent) • HCPC registration • Evidence of continuing professional development • Some knowledge of report writing Job description Job responsibilities Please note: we may close this vacancy early if we receive a high volume of strong applications, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
