SEO & AI Search Manager – Fully Remote - £40,000 - £45,000 A fast-growing digital agency are looking for an AI-focused SEO Manager / SEO Executive. As search continues to evolve through AI-powered experiences, they're looking for an SEO professional who is excited by the intersection of SEO, automation and AI-driven search. This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking team and play a key role in shaping how SEO is delivered in the age of AI. You'll work closely with Account Managers and client stakeholders to deliver successful SEO campaigns, while helping to identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency and enhance client outcomes using AI tools and automation. The role is hands-on and delivery focused, making it ideal for someone with a solid SEO background who enjoys experimenting with new technologies and finding smarter ways of working. Responsibilities • Develop and deliver SEO strategies across a portfolio of client accounts. • Conduct technical SEO audits and provide recommendations to improve visibility and performance. • Support keyword research, content strategy, on-page optimisation and link acquisition initiatives. • Monitor and report on rankings, traffic, conversions and other key SEO metrics. • Identify opportunities to automate and improve SEO workflows using AI tools and emerging technologies. • Evaluate and implement AI-assisted processes for tasks such as content analysis, auditing, research, reporting and optimisation. • Stay up to date with developments in AI-powered search experiences • Help clients understand how changes in search behaviour and AI-driven discovery may impact their online visibility. Requirements • Previous experience in an SEO Executive, SEO Specialist, SEO Consultant or SEO Manager role. • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimisation and content strategy. • Experience using leading SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and Google Analytics. • A genuine interest in AI tools and their application within SEO and digital marketing. • Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar AI platforms to improve workflows or productivity.
