SEO ManagerLocation: London (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)

We're partnering with a well-known retail brand to hire an SEO Manager to own and drive its organic search strategy across multiple eCommerce websites.
This is a unique opportunity to build and shape an in-house SEO function, taking ownership of both strategy and execution while influencing key stakeholders across Digital, eCommerce and Technology.
Key responsibilities:
• Own and deliver the organic search strategy across multiple websites.
• Lead technical SEO, on-page optimisation, keyword research and site audits.
• Monitor rankings, traffic and organic revenue, identifying growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Content, Digital and Development teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates, AI search and emerging GEO trends, translating changes into clear business actions.
What we're looking for:
• Strong in-house SEO experience, ideally within eCommerce or retail.
• A broad SEO skillset across technical, on-page and content optimisation.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
• An interest in AI search, LLMs and the future of organic search (GEO).
• Confident communicator who enjoys taking ownership and making an impact.
