Early Career Teacher (ECT) - Primary (EYFS / KS1 / KS2)Croydon, South West London Full-Time Position September 2026 Start (Earlier Start Dates Available) £170-£250 per day (PAYE - No Umbrella Companies) Teaching Personnel are working closely with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Croydon area who are seeking an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher looking to begin their teaching career within a nurturing school environment that prioritises professional development, staff well-being, and high-quality teaching and learning. The Role - Early Career TeacherAs an ECT, you will work alongside experienced colleagues and receive support to develop your confidence and classroom practice.
