Teaching Assistants - Junior & Infant Sites (2 Positions) Location: Edgware, North West London Salary: £90-£95 Contract: Full Time - Long Term Start Date: September 2026 SANZA Teaching Agency are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Edgware who are seeking two dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their team from September-one based in the Junior site and one in the Infant site. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school community where staff work collaboratively and pupils are well-supported to achieve their best. The school are looking for adaptable and proactive individuals who are happy to work as both a general classroom assistant and a SEN Teaching Assistant, rotating between roles as required. The successful candidates will join a friendly and committed team, supporting across the classroom while also providing targeted support for pupils with additional needs. Responsibilities will include: * Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom * Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs * Assisting with behaviour management and pupil engagement * Working closely with class teachers and SEN staff * Adapting to different roles across general TA and SEN support * Supporting pupils' academic and social development * Building positive relationships with pupils and staff The Ideal Candidate Will Have: • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant * Experience supporting children with additional needs (SEN) * A flexible and proactive approach to working across roles * Strong communication and teamwork skills * A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues * A genuine passion for supporting children's development Why Work with SANZA Teaching Agency?
