Job description

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support a busy service delivery function. Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, you will coordinate workloads, manage service requests and ensure activities are completed efficiently and within agreed deadlines. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, organisation and communication in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate service requests and operational activities across multiple customer accounts. • Monitor and manage work queues, ensuring tasks are progressed and completed on time. • Schedule and allocate work to operational teams. • Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders. • Provide regular updates via telephone, email and internal systems. • Coordinate equipment deliveries and stock movements. • Maintain accurate records and documentation. • Produce operational reports and performance updates. • Identify and escalate risks, delays and service issues. Requirements • Previous experience in a coordination, administration, scheduling or operations role. • Excellent organisational and time management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Strong attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word. • Experience working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. Desirable • Experience using CRM or workflow management systems. • Background in service delivery, logistics, customer service or operational support. • Experience coordinating resources, schedules or customer requests.
