Benefits: • Competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum • OTE of approximately £35,000 with achievable bonuses • Monday to Friday working week, supporting a healthy work-life balance • Supportive and friendly working environment • Opportunity to work for a dealership with a strong local reputation in Kings Lynn, Norfolk Duties: • Managing the service process from initial customer contact through to job completion • Delivering exceptional customer service and developing lasting client relationships • Advising customers on vehicle repairs, servicing, and maintenance options • Preparing and maintaining accurate service records • Upselling additional products and services when appropriate • Ensuring customer satisfaction and retaining client loyalty Requirements: • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the automotive industry • Strong communication and organisational skills • Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude • Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures (preferred) • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Interested in this Service Advisor role?
