Service Advisor – Salisbury £30,000 Basic Salary | £38,000 OTE We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy and successful automotive dealership in Salisbury. The RoleAs a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a professional and seamless aftersales experience from booking through to vehicle collection. Key Responsibilities • Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repair work • Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process • Providing estimates and obtaining approval for additional work • Liaising closely with technicians and workshop control • Managing job cards, invoices, and service documentation • Promoting additional products and services where appropriate • Delivering exceptional levels of customer service and satisfaction About You • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade • Strong communication and customer service skills • Organised and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Confident using dealership management systems • Full UK driving licence preferred • Positive and professional attitude What's on Offer • £30,000 basic salary • £38,000 OTE • Ongoing manufacturer and industry training • Career progression opportunities • Supportive and friendly team environment
