Shift Technician (4 on 4 off) - FMCG - Cumbria - Up to £50,000. About the Company The business is a long established FMCG business, with sites across the UK and Europe. They have recently undergone a significant period of investment and are looking to expand their team. This role is based in Cumbria. Shift Technician - The Details • Salary up to £50,000 • 4 on 4 off shift pattern • Company pension Scheme • Training and career development Shift Technician - Requirements • Experience working within FMCG is essential • Experience within production in a team leader capacity is advantageous. • Some degree of engineering knowledge is advantageous. Shift Technician - Responsibilities • Ensure safe operation of production facilities • Liaise with the engineering team to ensure all breakdowns are attended to in a timely manner. • Support delivery of KPIs. • Deputise for the production manager as required.
