Sister/Charge Nurse - Emergency Department

You will be expected to work on a rotational shift pattern to ensure we provide 24 hour senior nurse cover to the department and also as part of your role support the Matrons in meting the national 4 hour targets and also ambulance turnaround times as well as providing a good quality patient experience and excellent patient care. The work-load throughout the department is very varied and interesting with no two days being the same. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a high sense of professionalism and a strong belief in the value of teamwork.
