Site Manager

We're recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a respected construction business delivering outstanding residential developments across Surrey. This is an opportunity to lead the delivery of a prestigious luxury residential project while working for a company that's recognised for its craftsmanship, attention to detail and commitment to quality. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing day-to-day site operations. • Coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades. • Driving programme, quality and health & safety performance. • Maintaining exceptional standards of finish throughout the build. • Building positive relationships with clients, consultants and the wider project team. We're looking for: • Proven Site Management experience with a principal contractor. • High-end residential construction experience. • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • A passion for delivering exceptional quality.
