This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled vehicle cosmetic repair professional to work within a modern workshop environment, carrying out high-quality repairs to retail and used vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing cosmetic vehicle repairs to a high standard while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities • Carrying out SMART repairs on a wide range of vehicles • Repairing scratches, scuffs, dents and minor body damage • Completing alloy wheel refurbishments • Performing paint preparation, colour matching and refinishing • Carrying out bumper and panel repairs • Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer and company standards • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment • Working efficiently to meet productivity targets About You • Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician, Paint Technician or Cosmetic Repair Technician • Strong paint and refinishing skills • Experience with colour matching and blending techniques • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Full UK driving licence Package • £36,000 – £44,000 Basic Salary • Overtime opportunities available • Company benefits package • Ongoing training and development • Modern workshop facilities • Career progression opportunities
