Description • Manage and grow social media channels through engaging, on-brand content. • Create compelling digital content, including social posts, graphics, and short-form video. • Support paid social campaigns, monitoring performance and identifying optimisation opportunities. • Use analytics and insights to improve content, engagement, and campaign results. • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver marketing initiatives. • Assist with website updates and broader digital marketing activities. • Stay ahead of social media trends and test new content ideas and formats. • Support brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial growth objectives. Profile • Experience managing social media channels and creating engaging digital content. • Confident creating short-form video, graphics, and social assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud. • Understanding of both organic and paid social media activity. • Comfortable using data and insights to measure performance and optimise campaigns. • Creative thinker with a strong eye for storytelling and brand consistency. • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Proactive, curious, and keen to test new ideas and trends. • Commercially minded with a passion for delivering results. • An interest in travel, lifestyle, or consumer brands would be advantageous.
