Social Worker - Adult Mental Health

Our client, Leicester City Council, is seeking an agency social worker for its Adult Mental Health team. This role will last 3 months initially and is paid at £34 umbrella. One day per week in the office. The role will involve the following: • Assessments under the Care Act • Care planning and support • Safeguarding • Multi agency working • Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity work • Complete Best Interest Decisions • Residential reviews • Covering team duty • Eligibility assessments • Hosp discharge • S117 meetings • Strength based assessments Please let me know if you are interested?
