Solicitor / Experienced Litigator – Finance Recoveries

Locations: Liverpool City Centre (Hybrid/Flexible Working) Salary: Competitive (DOE) Job Type: Full-time A modern, top-tier Legal 500 practice with over 25 years’ expertise in debt recovery litigation is expanding its Finance Recoveries Team in Liverpool. Following continued growth and the acquisition of several blue-chip clients, the firm is seeking a Solicitor or experienced Litigator to join its specialist team. About the Firm This forward-thinking, commercially driven law firm has built a strong national reputation across key practice areas, including: • Finance: Acting for a wide range of lenders, from SMEs to major UK credit and car finance providers. • Local Authority: Supporting 85 councils across England & Wales with business rates, council tax recovery, and complex advisory matters. • Housing: Representing major accommodation providers across private, student, and Build to Rent sectors. The Role You will join a busy and supportive Finance Recoveries team, handling a varied caseload of commercial litigation and debt recovery matters. The role offers excellent exposure to complex, litigated work and strong progression opportunities.
