Sous Chef | Brandesburton Location: Brandesburton, East Yorkshire Salary: £14.00 per hour Hours: 42 hours per week Contract: Permanent, Full Time Join a Growing Independent Hospitality Group We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to work in a popular casual dining venue in Brandesburton. You'll be supporting kitchen operations while helping maintain high standards of food quality and consistency. The Role As Sous Chef, you will: • Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen • Lead kitchen shifts and help manage service • Maintain high food quality and presentation standards • Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management • Train and support junior kitchen team members • Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained • Work across both sites to support operational requirements The Food You'll be working with a varied fresh-food menu featuring: • Handmade pizzas • Fresh pasta dishes • Burgers and casual dining favourites • Seasonal specials • Desserts made using quality ingredients This role offers the chance to work with fresh produce in a busy, quality-driven environment.
