Specialist Radiographer - MRI

Duties to include but not be limited to: • Undertake radiographic duties across 3 sites within Lancashire Teaching Hospital Trust, ensuringhigh standards of image quality and patient care at all times. • Comply with the current MHRA guidelines to ensure the safety of patients, visitors and staff at all times within the MR controlled area. • Manage the workflow in the area you are working in including out-patients, in-patients, and patients from the emergency department. • Report equipment failures and incidents according to Trust policy • Participate in audits for the department ensuring excellent clinical governance in all aspects of patient care. • Comply with Trust policies and procedures to ensure a safe effective environment and service for all. • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in line with information governance good practice. • Support and teach others within the department. • Participate in on call rota.
