Speech and Language Therapist Pay Rate: £40+ Location: Harrow Job Type: Full Time/Part Time, Temporary Reed Further Education are a leading recruitment agency working with Colleges, Prisons, Universities, and Training Providers across the UK. We are Currently looking for Speech and Language Therapists to join our team and help us deliver high-quality support to learners. Skills and Qualifications Necessary • Minimum of a BSc in relevant Speech and Language field and registered with HCPC • Experience supporting teens or young adults with Speech and Language needs in either a healthcare or education setting • Strong knowledge of safeguarding processes About the Role • Assess and support children and young people with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN), including autism, developmental language disorder, and speech sound difficulties. • Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, educational psychologists, and parents/carers to embed strategies into the classroom • Provide advice, training, and resources to school staff to promote inclusive communication-friendly environments • Contribute to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), including assessment reports, outcomes, and reviews Benefits of working for Reed Further Education/our client: • Exclusive representation to leading FE colleges and training providers in the area • 1-2-1 Specialist SEN Consultant who will search for jobs on your behalf.
