We are Currently looking for Speech and Language Therapists to join our team and help us deliver high-quality support to learners. Skills and Qualifications Necessary • Minimum of a BSc in relevant Speech and Language field and registered with HCPC • Experience supporting teens or young adults with Speech and Language needs in either a healthcare or education setting • Strong knowledge of safeguarding processes About the Role • Assess and support children and young people with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN), including autism, developmental language disorder, and speech sound difficulties. • Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, educational psychologists, and parents/carers to embed strategies into the classroom • Provide advice, training, and resources to school staff to promote inclusive communication-friendly environments • Contribute to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), including assessment reports, outcomes, and reviews Benefits of working for Reed Further Education/our client: • Exclusive representation to leading FE colleges and training providers in the area • 1-2-1 Specialist SEN Consultant who will search for jobs on your behalf.
