Key Responsibilities As Spiritual Services Lead, you will: • Provide strategic vision and leadership for the development of spiritual care across Rainbows. • Act as an expert advisor and resource for staff, volunteers, children, young people and families. • Build and maintain strong relationships with local faith leaders, belief communities and cultural groups across the East Midlands. • Promote a holistic approach to care, ensuring spiritual needs are recognised and integrated into multidisciplinary practice. • Lead and support bereavement events, memorial services and family remembrance activities. • Recruit, develop and supervise a team of spiritual care volunteers. • Deliver training, advice and support to clinical and care teams, embedding principles of hope, meaning, belonging and personal spirituality into care. • Support families at hospice, hospital or home, providing compassionate listening and specialist spiritual care throughout their journey. • Work collaboratively with our Cultural Community Worker to ensure spiritual and cultural needs are understood and met.
