Sponsorship Sales Manager - B2B Media & Events London Office, Hybrid Working, Travel Base Salary up to £65,000+Uncapped Commission + Benefits Join a leading global events and media business and take ownership of sponsorship sales across an established and growing portfolio of high-quality B2B conferences. The Role • Sell bespoke, high-value sponsorship packages across a global large scale conference portfolio • Engage senior decision-makers • Build compelling commercial propositions that connect sponsor objectives to a high-impact, internationally recognised event platform • Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders globally to maximise commercial outcomes • Work closely with the Conference Production team to shape event audiences, identify high-value executive segments, and drive portfolio revenue • Report directly to the Head of Sales and take a lead role in hitting and exceeding revenue targets About You • Demonstrable experience selling complex, high-value sponsorship packages to a range of clients including enterprise organisations. • Three plus years in B2B sponsorship sales, with a strong and verifiable track record of success • Comfortable working within fast-moving editorial environments and evolving event narratives • Experienced navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles and senior procurement processes • Commercially sharp, intellectually curious, and confident engaging at a senior level • A natural relationship-builder and skilled closer, equally effective working independently and collaboratively Why This Role • Uncapped commission attached to a high-profile, in-demand event portfolio • A mission-driven culture with a genuine commitment to work-life balance • Strong benefits package: 25 days holiday rising to 30, a generous pension, employer-funded private healthcare, work-from-anywhere flexibility, and dedicated wellbeing support Please contact Helen Yarrow at Jackson Barnes Recruitment for a confidential conversation or send you CV over now.
