Contract Sprinkler Project Manager / Site Manager – Central London Location: Central London Rate: £400 per day, depending on experience Duration: Ongoing contract work – potentially up to 2 years Start: Immediate / ASAP Positions: Multiple opportunities available We are currently recruiting for multiple experienced Sprinkler Project Managers and Site Managers to join our client on a number of ongoing commercial sprinkler projects across Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced sprinkler site manager/site manager looking for long-term, ongoing contract work, with projects expected to continue for up to 2 years. The Role As a Sprinkler Project Manager / Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial sprinkler projects from site mobilisation through to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include: • Managing and overseeing commercial sprinkler projects on site • Coordinating sprinkler installation teams and subcontractors • Managing project programmes, progress and site activities • Liaising with clients, main contractors and other trades • Ensuring health and safety requirements are met • Monitoring quality and ensuring works are completed to specification • Attending site meetings and providing project updates • Managing day-to-day site operations and resolving issues as they arise • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within agreed requirements We are looking for candidates with strong experience managing commercial sprinkler projects.
