Staff Nurse

Duties of the role will include: Provide information and advice on treatment and investigations Provide emotional support to patients face-to-face and over the telephone Coach patients to self-administer fertility drugs and obtain consent for treatment* Prepare, support and carry out theatre procedures eg Embryo Transfer* Carry out ultra-sound scanning* Phlebotomy and cannulation* Administer and monitor patients following IV sedation* Be part of an on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support for patients * Experience would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be given.
