Job Description: Bring the Montezuma’s Magic to life every day. We’re looking for a passionate and driven Retail Store Manager to lead our team and create an extraordinary experience for every customer who walks through our doors. You’ll lead the store — inspiring your team, driving sales, managing costs, and ensuring the highest standards of service, presentation, and performance. What You’ll Do: Customer Experience • Deliver the absolute highest level of customer service, ensuring every visit feels special • Build a customer focussed culture and a team passionate about people • Proactively handle customer feedback and learn, turning insights into action Team Leadership • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team • Provide clear direction, coaching, and regular performance reviews • Create rotas to balance coverage and budget effectively • Foster a positive, fun, and supportive work environment • Identify training needs and upskill team members to reach their potential Store Operations • Maintain outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising • Ensure smooth, efficient store operations in line with company standards • Oversee health, safety, and security compliance Commercial Focus • Analyse sales performance and take action to drive results • Monitor budgets and control costs effectively • Report weekly insights on products, performance, and customer feedback • Identify opportunities to grow sales and profitability Stock Management • Manage ordering, deliveries, storage, and stock rotation • Conduct monthly stock takes and ensure accuracy • Maintain an organised and efficient stockroom Coffee Bar • Oversee preparation and an exceptional service of to company standards • Ensure all team members are trained to Barista level • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment care About You • Proven experience in retail management • Previous hospitality experience would be preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and people skills • Commercially astute with a focus on driving sales and managing costs • Energetic, positive, and hands-on leader who leads by example • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences Why join Montezuma’s?
