What We’re Looking For · Strong retail leadership experience as a Store Manager or equivalent · Confident leading, motivating, and developing teams in fast-paced environments · Commercially driven with a track record of delivering results · Comfortable working across multiple locations and adapting quickly · Passionate about customer experience and retail excellence · Resilient and adaptable leader, confident managing change · A natural communicator who can build credibility quickly with new teams Optics experience is not required - we’ll support you to learn everything you need.
