What We're Looking For · Previous people management experience within a retail environment · Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager or similar leadership role is highly desirable · A passion for developing colleagues and building engaged, successful teams · Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering outstanding service · Experience working in a KPI-driven, sales, product, or performance-focused environment · Commercial awareness and a track record of delivering results · A confident communicator who can inspire, coach, and influence others · Resilient, adaptable, and able to lead from the front in a fast-paced environment · Genuine passion for customers, colleagues, and the Vision Express brand Optics experience is not required – we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
